REVIVE - DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROGRAM

In order to address the seriousness of domestic violence in the Hmong community in Colorado. We've worked hard to come up with new ways to raise awareness and provide culturally sensitive services to victims. Fear of retaliation (Hmong community at large, family/clan, religious organizations, friends, abuser, etc.), cultural views, inadequate English proficiency, lack of understanding of victims' rights, limited knowledge of available options, and difficulties specific to immigration and deportation will be addressed via strategic campaigns.

*although there is an emphasis on serving the Hmong community the program will be available for anyone seeking services from this program.

PABNEEG Youth Program

Many young people are disengaged from both school and work. The PABNEEG Youth Program is a development program for Hmong and BIPOC youth that can provide the potential for individual growth by allowing them to explore their independence and life opportunities. This program gives a platform for professionals and college students to engage with the young people in their community about their experience and expertise. It is a critical period for youth and young adults to obtain an education and/or training that will serve as the foundation for their occupational trajectories for the rest of their adulthood. This can include developing knowledge, skills, and character traits.

Stop Asian Hate - Hmong Hotline

PABNEEG has a special telephone number for reporting hate incidents in the Hmong community. Through our data and advocacy, Stop AAPI Hate has mobilized a nationwide movement to end the racial discrimination and violent attacks perpetrated against Asian and Pacific Islander communities and, more broadly, to build racial solidarity between communities of color and other marginalized populations.

Our coalition follows a five-pronged approach:

1) Serving as the leading aggregator of anti-Asian and anti-Pacific Islander hate incidents.

2) Offering multilingual resources for impacted community members.

3) Providing technical assistance from rapid response to preventative measures.

4) Supporting community-based safety measures and restorative justice efforts.

5) Advocating for local, state, and national policies that reinforce human rights and civil rights protection.
